       Hello and thank you for using Zibubu, your local and free classifieds website. Our goal is to make a fast,
effective and user’s friendly website and let everybody enjoy using it with piece of mind.

The terms and conditions stated in this page are in effect as of March, 25^th 2009.

General conditions:

       By registering, using and visiting zibubu.com and all its contents, you agree to not to post, submit,
reply or any other form of communication used in Zibubu sites, that

·          Is unlawful, misrepresenting, abusing, harassing and threatening;
·          Is Harmful to minors;
·          Invading other’s privacy;
·         Contains sexual content, indicating or referring sexual activity between male(s) and male(s), male(s) and female                (s), female(s) and female(s);
·          Involving animals, pets or any living organ in sexual activities or indicating of such actions;
·          Contains any racial slang, slurs, books, audio and videos, music, film, magazine, documents or anything that referrers to such activities;
·          Contains or replies to sex for exchange of money or other services;
·          Is not complying with fair housing act;
·          Is unethical and unfair to an individual or a group;
·          Violates employment right;
·          Is misleading and falls;
·          Infringes any copy right and trademark;
·          Contains spam or online solicitation;
·          Sells and provides unlawful product or services; (see prohibited list)
·          Can cause any damage, interrupt and destruction to a file, document, software or hardware;
·          Requires money or services to start an employment or job;
·          Impersonates another person or identity;
·          Uses automated devices, services, programs and software;
·          Discriminates or violate any person right, privacy and space.

Posting on Zibubu classifieds DOs and DON’Ts, Please;

·          Do post any ad that is within Zibubu’s policy;
·          Do not post any ad that contains spam;
·          Do place your ad in proper category;
·          Do not place similar or multiple ads;
·          Do not copy or modify other ads or any other “copy right” materials, without rightful owner’s consent;
·          Do contact us for help;
·          Do not ask other users for information or email addresses, without their consent;
·          Do not place misleading, fraud or other unethical ads (e.g. multi level marketing);
·          Do not place ad that is listed below in prohibited items and services;
·          Do report any suspicious ad or activity to Zibubu;
·          Do use your judgment and common sense. If you’re not sure, contact Zibubu.

          Zibubu is not responsible for any ad places by users that contains unlawful and misrepresentation.
All transactions are done at user’s discretion and Zibubu does not guarantee any product, services and value
of listed items. Zibubu does not accept liability for monitoring zibubu.com, visitors and users.

Content:

          Zibubu.com collects information from various sources including but not limited to Zibubu, our users and visitors.
By visiting, registering and posting ad in zibubu.com, you agree not to copy or modify any parts of the contents of zibubu.com. You also agree not to copy or modify any of our contents without prior permission. By placing an ad or giving any information to zibubu, you give us a non-exclusive and irrevocable right. We may use some of your information for publicity and other website traffic related purposes (e.g. we use your ad content in search engines to create more traffic to our site and your listing, we may also need to have these right to host your ad). If there are such indications, that leads you believe you or other party may have been a part of a copy right violation, please contact Zibubu as soon as possible.

Your personal information:

          By using zibubu and providing information such as personal information, placing an ad and responding to an Item, you agree to give zibubu full authority to collect, store and transfer information to all other Zibubu directories and Zibubu affiliated sits. List of items and services prohibited by Zibubu.com;

·          Alcoholic beverages (including wine)
·          Body parts and fluids
·          Livestock and pets
·          Copy right documents, goods and material without proper permission
·          Counterfeit currency, valuables and products
·          Surveillance equipment, unless sold under proper authority
·          Burglary equipments and tools
·          Stolen property
·          Pornographic images, books, magazines, movies, posters and music
·          Prostitution or any offer for sex in exchange for money or other services
·          Erotic and escort services that offer or imply sexual services
·          Services that are forbidden by local authorities
·          Drugs of any kind including prescription and non prescription
·          Cigars, cigarettes or any tobacco and smoking related
·          Unauthorized telecommunication and electronics equipment (e.g. radar detectors, forgery equipments,    passwords and    descramblers)
·           Identification documents, personal records, financial records and personal information
·          Lottery tickets, sweepstakes or any gambling related information or devices
·          Government properties , uniforms, badges and documents such as traffic control signs, police uniform, court documents, evidence (e.g. internal manuals of commercial airlines, police or postal service uniforms)
·          Racial ads, pictures and comments
·          Pyrotechnic equipments, devices and materials, fireworks and explosives
·          Recall items
·          Stocks, bonds and other securities
·          Hazardous waste and materials including but not limited to radioactive and toxic materials
·          Used or rebuilt batteries or batteries containing mercury or other hazardous material
·          Guns, weapons and fire arms of any kind, including but not limited to BB guns, pallet guns, gun parts, ammunition and         information.

Equal housing laws and regulations:

          Zibubu will not allow users to post any ad that is not complying with fair equal housing act. Any ad indicating
Discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status and age will be removed from
Zibubu immediately.
Zibubu will not be responsible for content of ads and any criminal charges and accusations will be the sole
responsibility of user.

Americans with Disabilities Act:

          It is prohibited and unlawful to discriminate persons with disabilities in public and commercial facilities. Zibubu will not tolerate such action and will remove/report such activities and postings.

The Equal Credit Opportunity Act:

          Consideration of a credit application, based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age and disability is prohibited by the equal credit opportunity act.

Local, State and federal equal employment opportunity:

Prohibits any employment opportunity advertisement to contain or referring to any preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age and disability.
